MEET OUR COACHES
"Simply the best. Better than all the rest." -- Tina Turner

MAGGIE JENKINS
Head Coach
Maggie Jenkins began her DHS Forensics journey as a competitor on the team. She continued working with the team through college as a judge. She started coaching when she began her teaching career with Danville Schools. She cannot believe she is stepping into the role as head coach because her head coach, Steve Meadows, had (and continues to have) such an impact on her life. She currently teaches 5th grade at Toliver Elementary.

BETH MARLOWE
Co-Head Coach
Beth has been coaching with the DHS team for many years. She came on board when her daughter, Maggie Jenkins, was a competitor on the team. She will always be grateful to Steve Meadows for inviting her to be a part of this activity that not only helped shape the lives of her two daughters, but gave her a new passion in life.

CHRISTEL BELCHER
Assistant Coach
Christel Belcher has been with the team for many years.
She is the storytelling queen and gives her heart and soul to the students she coaches.

KOLTON WINFIELD
Assistant Coach
Kolton was on the team as a student at DHS. He has coached for the last couple of years. He will be focusing on improvisation this year.

KENNEDY KONSHAK
Assistant Coach
Kennedy is new this year to our coaching staff. She has judged for many years and is now ready to begin trying her hand at coaching.

BILLY CRITCHFIELD
Extemp Coach
Billy is a recent graduate of DHS. He was on the team and was our File King and extemp guru. Due to the head coaches' lack of knowledge and passion of all things forensics, Billy (with the help of his sister Katie) is graciously helping and advising as he can from far, far away.

ANN ARNOLD
Assistant Coach
Ann is new to coaching this year but not new to our team. Her son, Zane Arnold, was on the team when he was at DHS. She was a judge back when her son competed. She currently teaches ASL at DHS.
